Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Vensider.io ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

2. The Service

Vensider.io provides AI-assisted vendor security assessment reports ("Reviews"). Reviews are generated using publicly available information about vendors combined with the company profile you provide. Reviews are informational only and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional security advice.

Important: Vensider.io Reviews are research aids, not authoritative security certifications. You are responsible for making your own vendor risk decisions. Do not rely solely on Vensider.io output for high-stakes security, compliance, or procurement decisions without independent verification.

3. Accounts and access

• → You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• → You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• → One account per person. Sharing accounts between multiple individuals is not permitted on the Free or Pro plan.
• → You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you may not use the Service to:

• ✕ Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform
• ✕ Resell, license, or commercially distribute Reviews without our written permission
• ✕ Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate Reviews beyond your plan limits
• ✕ Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent access controls
• ✕ Use the Service to generate false or misleading security assessments
• ✕ Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your company profile data and the specific inputs you provide. The generated Reviews are made available to you for your internal business use under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Vensider.io retains all rights to the platform, software, AI models, and underlying systems. The vendor library data (generic vendor profiles) is proprietary to Vensider.io.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

REVIEWS ARE BASED ON PUBLICLY AVAILABLE INFORMATION AND AI ANALYSIS. THEY MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION. VENDORREVIEWS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY REVIEW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENDORREVIEWS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but you may export your data for 30 days following termination.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
